WHAT AGE RANGE CAN USE WEE PLAY SANTA ROSA SOFT PLAY?

Wee Play Santa Rosa equipment is designed for crawlers up to 5 years old. Note: Per manufacturer guidelines, its recommended that children be 18 months+ for the ride-on animal hoppers. Adult supervision is always required.

WHAT MATERIAL IS YOUR EQUIPMENT MADE OF?

Our climbing equipment is made from soft vegan leather with a foam interior.

WHERE CAN I PUT MY RENTAL?

We book both outdoor and indoor venues. We also do public and private venues. Please note, renter is responsible for any required permits or permissions. Outdoor set-ups are an additional $50 fee.

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO BOOK? 

Deposits are due at least 14 days prior to the event. They are nonrefundable and non-transferable, and they get credited towards full amount of package. The remaining amount must be paid within 48 hours of event. The damage deposit is due the day of the event before we set up, and it will be returned at the end of the day if no damage sustained.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Please attempt to have an indoor area available in case of inclement weather. We do not set up if there is a 15% or greater chance of precipitation. If we have to cancel related to inclement weather, your deposit will go towards your next date.

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

Wee Play Santa Rosa services Santa Rosa and the surrounding areas with no delivery fee. There may be a small travel fee for outlying areas which will be agreed upon prior to booking.

HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT?

Each item is meticulously cleaned before and after every event... down to each ball pit ball. We use products recommended by the CDC that are safe for your children.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

We offer a 10% discount for our clients towards their next rental when they refer a new client. If the new client's party is booked prior to the current client's party, we have an extra surprise for the referring client on the day of the event!

We also offer discounts to our returning rental customers up to 25% off!

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS WHEN RENTING A SOFT PLAY PARTY?

To maintain the quality and integrity of our soft play equipment, we cannot set up on ground that is wet, sharp, very slanted, or containing animal feces. We also will not set up inside areas where it is obvious that people are smoking inside and/or that smells like smoke inside. If you have rented a party package from us and we arrive to discover these conditions, your rental will be cancelled and your booking deposit will be forfeited.

DO YOU REQUIRE A CANOPY OUTSIDE?

Soft play equipment gets very warm under direct sunlight, rendering it unsafe for the children to play without a canopy or shaded area. You may choose to provide your own canopy, or Wee Play Santa Rosa has one for rent. Canopies are required for temperatures at 75 degrees or above.

CAN I CHANGE ANY OF MY PARTY DETAILS?

Wee Play Santa Rosa strives to give all clients timely, personalized attention for set ups and breakdowns. Therefore, once the Price Quote has been accepted and the Invoice is created, no changes may be made to the party details without express written agreement between renter and Wee Play Santa Rosa.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please be advised that once the $100 non-refundable reservation retainer has been paid, all other clients have been refused services for your rental and event date/time. Full balance is non-refundable within 2 calendar days of your event; however, credit may be applied if canceled within 1 calendar day of event date. Credit must be used within 8 weeks or with express written consent by Wee Play Santa Rosa. Instructions regarding credit will follow via email.
